"our") operates the ChipStation Home mobile application and computer
application software( "Product",
"Service").

collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Data when you use our Product
and Service and the choices you have associated with that

Usage Data. This
Usage Data may include configuration information provided by your mobile device
or other programs used to access our Services. such as your computer's Internet
Protocol address (e.g. IP address), the type of mobile device you use, your
mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile
operating system, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

and other personal information.

With the continuous development of
our business, we may conduct mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers or other similar

End-User Agreement

2.在您所有的网络通信设备、计算机设备和移动通信设备上下载、安装、使用本产品的权利。
According to the provisions of the Agreement,
this Product and Service will grant you the following non-transferable and
non-exclusive licenses:
1. The right to use this Product and Service;
2. The right to download, install and use
the Product on all your network communication equipment, computer equipment and
mobile communication devices.
限制性条款
Restrictive Provisions
本协议对您的授权将受到以下限制：
1. 您不得对本产品及服务进行任何形式的许可、出售、租赁、转让、发行或其他商业用途；
2. 除非法律禁止此类限制，否则您不得对本产品的任何部分或衍生产品进行修改、翻译、改编、合并、利用、分解、改造、反向编译或反向工程等；
3. 您不得以创建相同或竞争服务为目的使用本产品及服务；
4. 除非法律明文规定，否则您不得对本产品的任何部分以任何形式或方法进行生产、复制、发行、出售、下载或显示等；
5. 您不得删除或破坏包含在本产品及服务中的任何版权声明或其他所有权标记。
Your authorization under the Agreement
will be subject to the following restrictions:
1. You shall not license, sell, lease,
transfer, distribute or otherwise use this Product and Sevice in any form;
2. Unless such restrictions are prohibited
by law, you shall not modify, translate, adapt, merge, utilize, decompose,
transform, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part or derivative products
of this Product.
3. You shall not use the Product and
Sevice for the purpose of creating the same or competitive services;
4. Unless otherwise specified by law, you
shall not produce, copy, distribute, sell, download or display any part of the Product
in any form or method;
5. You shall not delete or destroy any Copyright
Statement or other ownership marks contained in the Product and Sevice.
赔偿
Indemnification
您已同意无害地使用本产品及服务，避免因下述行为或相关行为遭受来第三方的任何投诉、诉讼、损失、损害、责任、成本和费用（包括律师费）：
1.用户使用本产品及服务的行为；
2.用户的用户内容；
3.违反本协议的行为。
You have
agreed to use this Product and Sevice harmlessly to avoid any complaints, lawsuits, losses, damages,
liabilities, costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees)
suffered by third parties due to the following acts or related acts:
1. The user's behavior of using the Product and Sevice;
2. User content;
3. Violation of the Agreement.
我们保留专属抗辩权和请求赔偿的权利。
We reserve the exclusive right to resist and claim indemnification.
您已同意，除非获得我们书面同意，您不得在您与我们共同对第三方提起的诉讼中单方和解。
You have agreed that you shall not make a unilateral
settlement in the lawsuit you file with us against a third party unless with
the written consent of us.
我们将尽合理努力将此类诉讼、诉讼行为或进程通知您。
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such
litigation, litigation or process.
在任何情况下，本产品及服务都不对您或任何第三方因本协议产生的任何间接性、后果性、惩罚性的、偶然的、特殊或惩罚性的损害赔偿承担责任。访问、使用本产品及服务所产生的损坏计算机系统或移动通讯设备数据的风险将由您个人承担。
Under no circumstances shall the Product and Service be
liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special or
punitive damages arising from the Privacy Policy and Agreement. The risk of damaging computer system or mobile
communication device data caused by accessing and using the Product and Service
will be borne by you personally.
Applicable Laws
本隐私政策及协议的订立、履行和争议的解决均适用于中华人民共和国法律的解释和管辖。
The laws of the People’s Republic of China
shall interpret and be applicable to conclusion, execution and the settlement
of disputes of the Privacy Policy and Agreement.
由本隐私政策及协议引起的任何争议双方应协商解决；协商不成，双方均同意向被告所在地人民法院提起诉讼。
The Parties shall settle it through negotiation in case
of any dispute arising from the Privacy Policy and Agreement. If negotiation fails, the Parties hereto agree to
file lawsuit to the People's Court where the defendant is located.
